NED Development Programme

As Chairman of the board I am happy to report that the board fully embraced the idea of having an individual attend our board meetings as part of the NED Development programme.

We have had two individuals participate over the past two years. They have found the experience to be helpful and the board has not felt hindered in any way by their presence and have been very pleased to be able to make a contribution to the development of these individuals.
