Course Objectives
The GTA is delighted to offer this 2-year taught MSc in Management with HR through Bournemouth University. Through this programme both graduates and practitioners will develop an ideal blend of specialist human resource and generalist management expertise in order to stand out in the highly competitive HR career market. With the guidance of our expert academic team, you will acquire the necessary skills and acumen to plan and manage HR strategies within both the public and private sector.
Specialist units explore issues including employment relations and law and the development of people as a resource. These are complemented by core management units which concentrate on the management of people, marketing and strategy as well as contemporary issues within the business world. This framework ensures that our postgraduate students have specialist, expert skills, and a true appreciation of the crucial role of HR within the wider sphere of an organisation.
Target Audience / Entry Requirements
Anyone who wants to further develop their specialist human resource and generalist managment expertise to masters level and gain graduate status of the CIPD.
1st or 2nd-class Honours degree or equivalent professional/overseas qualification.
Non-graduates with relevant professional experience.
