As individual learning styles will be explored the tutor recommends a visit to www.peterhoney.com to complete an online 80 question questionnaire to determine your own learning style. This questionnaire costs £10 to complete but is not compulsory.

Course Objectives

A two day highly interactive programme designed to equip the ‘trainer' with the key skills essential for successful training

The course has a dual focus for delegates in terms of understanding the needs, behaviours and communication styles of both their trainees as well as themselves as ‘trainers'. They will work to recognise and understand the impact of these in order to create and conduct an effective training session.
