Short Courses - General
Presentation Skills

Course Objectives

This is an intensive 2 day programme in which participants learn and practice techniques and tips for effective presentations in varied situations. This is a practical course with limited participant numbers to give multiple opportunities for participation and self evaluation.

Whether you have given presentations before and want to improve your effectiveness or you have a future presentation looming ahead of you, this course gives you the opportunity to develop the best set of presentation techniques for your situation.

Everyone will experiment with different techniques to practice styles for differing audiences and communication goals. Each day is structured to mix learning with practice, feedback and self evaluation so that by the end of the day everyone will have experience of how to balance the management of their nerves, management of content and management of the audience.
