Course Outline
With the credit crunch bringing fraud firmly back in to the limelight, this conference will provide delegates with insight and advice which will be both topical and thought-provoking.
An engaging and highly topical programme has been designed featuring presentations and workshops from leading legal and accounting professionals from around the world, including:
Alison Ozanne, speaking on 'Fraud: Keeping you awake at night?'
Kevin Walsh, Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP, speaking on the US approach to international fraud;
and the keynote speaker, Russell Finch, Judge of the Royal Court of Guernsey, speaking on the role of the Court in fighting fraud.

Business Continuity Aspects of Swine Flu Planning
Course Objectives
With the expected second wave of the Swine Flu Pandemic due to hit imminently, contingency planning is paramount. A recent article in CIPD People Management suggests a worst case scenario of 50% staff absence rates (September 2009).
With this in mind the GTA has scheduled a seminar with leading consultants MSD International to advise on planning for the next wave of this pandemic.
