Course Objectives
Candidates who pass this Foundation Certificate should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the principles of project management including those that relate to project planning, monitoring and control, change control and configuration management, effort estimation, quality and risk management and communications between stakeholders.
Target Audience / Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements but it is assumed that delegates will have a basic knowledge of IT. This qualification is therefore ideal for project and IS staff who are relatively new to the management of projects and who wish to demonstrate their professional interest in project management by obtaining the ISEB Introductory Certificate in Project Management.
Prince2® Practitioner Course
Course Objectives
- The Foundation course covers the full Prince2® method to ensure each delegate is able to act as an informed member of a project management team within a project environment.
- During the course the delegates will learn how the processes, components and techniques of Prince2 ®work together for an effective project management framework, through traditional delivery sessions and group exercises.
