• The procedures involved in forming a company and the documentation required
• Taxation
• Obtaining exemption from audit and keeping the company exempt
• All aspects of directors meetings including notices, proxies, resolutions in writing and the taking of minutes
• All aspects of shareholders meetings
• Statutory records
• The Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Accounting records and accounts
• The Guernsey Registry
• Dissolution of companies and preparation of the Statement of Affairs

Tutor Profile:

Angus Kemp is a Chartered Accountant and his broad commercial experience has been gained both within practice and industry. He continues to develop his client portfolio as a director of local Chartered Accountants, Kemp Le Tissier Ltd. Angus has been involved in tutoring professional qualification students within the Channel Islands for over 10 years. In 1995 he established Offshore Training Consortium in Guernsey which was subsequently acquired by BPP plc, the UK's largest provider of professional education training. Angus's extensive academic credentials include MA in Economics and Politics, Postgraduate Certificate in Accountancy, a Teaching Certificate, MBA and a Masters degree in Education.
