Course Objectives
Run over 5 days (split into two sessions) the five units covered are:
Understanding Conflict and Mediation In the Work PlaceIntroducing the Parties to MediationMoving through the Mediation ProcessSkills and Strategies for Managing the Mediation ProcessPractising Mediation Skills
Delivery will be in the style that most suits the needs of the delegates but will include tutor input sessions, tutor led discussions, workshops, syndicate exercises, group exercises and role plays.
