One in four managers identify poor communications as a critical barrier to improved productivity in the workplace; with workers spending just over three weeks every year on unproductive activitiesDuring this two hour seminar delegates will learn through a process of practical exercises and scenario led discussions the theories of effective communication and delegating skills.
