Demonstrating the value of HR, Learning & development Intervention
Course Objectives
This two hour seminar will explore how organisations can gain benefit from HR and Learning & Development interventions. We will consider how workplace learning can aid both short and long-term capability planning and better able to align learning processes with organisational priorities. We will also consider how to demonstrate the business impact of an organisation's development strategy and the Return on Investment.
