Investors in People UK
Formed in 1993, Investors in People UK takes national ownership of the Standard, protecting its integrity and ensuring its successful promotion and development. Although the company is by definition UK based and orientated in its operations, interest from overseas has given the Standard an international dimension, both in terms of protection and development.

Local Board of Investors in People
Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Investors in People Standard in Guernsey.  Membership of the Board comprises senior managers from recognised organisations within different economic sectors.

GTA University Centre
Manage the Project for the Department for Commerce & Employment and the first point of contact for local organisations, a source of advice, information and support.

Advisers
Registered with the GTA and appointed by a company wishing to work towards the Standard. All advisers are qualified and nationally registered.

Assessors
Qualified assessors gather evidence to establish whether the organisation meets the Standard.

Champion
The person with overall responsibility to manage the Investors Project within an organisation.
