Service Delivery & Examinations Administrator

We have a vacancy for the above role in our Service Delivery Team. The key responsibilities are:

• To be a member of the Service Delivery Team supporting the work of the GTA
• Input and maintain accuracy of courses on the management information system and website
• Prepare course and study materials
• Provide administrative support to the Examinations Manager
• Liaise with Examination Boards in respect of scheduled examinations
• Liaise with invigilators to secure invigilation
• Prepare examination packs
• Delivery and collection of examination packs from venues
