Service Delivery – Facilities Team Member

Due to a staff retirement we are looking for a dynamic, proactive and self-motivated team player to join our Facilities team at the GTA. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a customer-centric business and have passion for delivering operational excellence and exceptional customer experience. Ideally this person will have a knowledge of IT equipment and programmes as the set up and break down of our training rooms is an essential part of this role.  A maintenance background would be ideal but not essential. A full driving license is required.
You will be required to prioritise, coordinate, monitor and deliver a variety of tasks and requests from our internal and external customers, mainly handling the upkeep and general care of the GTA University Centre training suites, liaising with and providing refreshments to delegates that come to the GTA for training courses.  You will collaborate and support the team, maintaining a professional approach at all times. Customer service skills, flexibility, the willingness to meet and exceed customer expectations, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

This is a permanent, part-time position (08:00 – 12:30) for 10 months a year (July and August off). Start date is February 2017.
