Service Delivery Administrator

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and self-motivated team player to join our Service Delivery team at the GTA.  The successful candidate will have a proven track record working within a customer centric business and have passion for delivering operational excellence and exceptional customer experience.

You will be required to prioritise, coordinate, monitor and deliver a variety of tasks and requests from our internal and external customers, mainly handling course bookings, email and telephone communications. At times working within a pressured environment, collaborate and support the team maintaining a professional approach at all times. Customer service skills and the willingness to meet and exceed customer expectations are essential.

The successful candidate will have proven experience working to set deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
