Course Summary

With the insurgence of GDPR requirements with the introduction of local and EU legislation we are often questioned about the relationship between CDD and data protection and security. This hour long CPD session will discuss the data protection principles and our CDD requirements and how they do and will interact in order to produce balanced policies across all requirements.

Tutor Profile

Emma Mauger has twenty years industry experience and is one of only a handful of people worldwide to hold all three ICA Diploma’s delivered via Manchester University: ICA International Diploma in Compliance, ICA International Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention and ICA International Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering and is a long-standing fellow of the International Compliance Association. In addition Emma is a full STEP member and is STEP qualified.
