Effective Interviewing

Course Summary

An interactive half-day course designed to introduce you to the skills required to build and conduct effective interviews. You will leave with an understanding of how to manage a successful interview process and interviewing style.

This course is suitable for people approaching interviews for the first time and provides a useful refresher for experienced interviewers.

The most successful businesses are ones that have the right people in the right role with the right motivation, and with values that meet those of the company.

Finding these people does not happen by accident. It is essential for every business to have an appropriate, effective and efficient approach to interviewing.
