Sarah Ash, Senior Counsel ,Walkers

Sarah is an employment law specialist who has practised employment law in the UK for 13 years prior to joining Walkers' employment team in October 2018. Sarah advises on all aspects of employment law (both non-contentious and contentious) and has a particular interest and specialism in discrimination.

Nicola Ioannou-Droushiotis, Chief Executive, Guernsey Employment Trust (GET)

Nikki and her team provide Guernsey’s only Supported Employment service; supporting disabled and disadvantaged people to prepare for work, find work and maintain work. GET supports employers to fill their vacancies with suitable applicants and supports colleagues while the new employee learns their role and settles in. GET provides businesses with good practice advice and practical solutions to improving disability confidence and workplace practices.
