This workshop will enhance your existing skills and experience in supervising or leading a team. This workshop will provide an overview of the complete role of a supervisor, highlighting the typical challenges faced in terms of time, managing stakeholder expectations, quality of output and performance.

Introduction

You will explore key aspects of a supervisor role including the need to understand communication within a team and the art of planning, executing, monitoring and evaluating performance whilst meeting your clients/stakeholders needs.
