In continuing the partnership with Heimdallr, the GTA is pleased to launch a number of courses which can be delivered locally, either as open courses or as bespoke courses within your business. If you are interested in any of the courses below, please follow the links to register your interest so that we can set up dates.

The courses primarily address business safety and cover bribery and corruption, cybercrime, and open source training. No business is immune to the effects of cybercrime and no business can afford to ignore it with potential losses in downtime or lost productivity as a costly side-effect. The damage to reputation is limitless. A new course being offered is Communicating with and Understanding Older/Vulnerable Customers.

This participative course will encourage delegates to wear a range of equipment to simulate some of the effects of ageing, in order to gain insight into what it is like to be an older or vulnerable person. This will allow them to better design the customer journey and experience from within their own business. These courses are designed to gain a good overall understanding of the topics, with discussions centered around real life experiences that Jim Ponsonby and Will Hughes, Directors of Heimdallr Solutions Ltd, have faced in their careers.

Will and Jim together have 50 years of operational experience working with government departments, law enforcement, military and intelligence agencies in over 60 countries worldwide. We are also delighted to announce that Will and Jim in partnership with the GTA can also provide bespoke training within the work place or at the GTA which will draw on their unique knowledge, experience and insights – not what you find in a handbook or training manual!

If you are interested in any of the above and want to discuss your training requirements in more detail please contact Julie Loveridge on either [email protected] or 732860.
