Real boardroom experience: Heath Martorella reflects on his NED Development Programme placement

Our Non-Executive Director Development Programme continues to give aspiring NEDs valuable access to real boardroom experience, helping to develop the next generation of governance leaders in Guernsey. One recent participant, Heath Martorella, has completed an 18-month placement in the commercial insurance sector, shadowing the Board of Optimum Global Insurance Company (OGICO).
