This half-day course is designed for HR professionals navigating the growing use of AI in People Management which is often moving faster than policies and governance frameworks can keep up.
This course will show how tools can be used day-to-day while clearly highlighting where caution is required.
Course Content
The course focuses on practical HR use cases, such as:
- Policy drafting
- Employee communications
- Workforce planning
- Training content
- HR administration efficiency
In addition, the course will explore the HR's role as an AI educator, workforce architect and governance partner and will provide a practical overview of GDPR, the EU AI Act and what “safe and responsible AI use” means from an HR perspective.
Delegates will explore where AI can go wrong in HR contexts (recruitment, performance management, employee data, decision-making) and how to put sensible guardrails in place.
A significant part of the training is dedicated to ethics, bias and people risk.
