Compliance CPD Series 2025 – Session Two – The Art of Accountability

Course Overview

A common phrase when something goes wrong, whether in the public or private sector, is ‘someone needs to be held accountable’. It was a key part of the UK Post Office public hearings, trying to find out on whose shoulders this heart-rending miscarriage of justice sits. And, one thing seems certain - no-one wants to be that person. Whether you work in the private, public or third sectors, education or healthcare, Deputy Data Protection Commissioner Rachel Masterton explains why accountability should be at the heart of any successful organisation.
