Mark holds several financial services directorships and is on the finance advisory board of a national charity, as well as audit committee chair of the Oxford Union Society. Prior to joining EY as director he spent more than 16 years with the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, four of which he spent as Deputy Director for the Investment sector and latterly the Investment and Fiduciary sectors. Mark holds a postgraduate diploma in financial strategy from Oxford Said Business School. He is a former Chair of ACCA’s Global Business Law Forum, was a member of the Guernsey Digital Strategy Delivery Panel and was GIFA Vice Chair. He will shortly be defending his Global Executive PhD with ESCP Business School: in decentralized finance.
