This session explores the idea of building “integral performance” within organisations – where employees are aligned to the organisation’s systems and processes in a way that drives engagement and empowerment.
The tutor will take delegates through the Integral Performance model, exploring how individual empowerment within organisations can lead to great results. In doing so, delegates will look at how organisations are set up (or not) to allow individual skills and capabilities to flourish.
This short session will give delegates a simple model through which to view organisational performance, aiming at creating balance between what is expected of employees and what the “system” allows them to do.
Taking an opportunity to reflect on their own organisations, delegates will leave the session with a greater understanding of how individual employees are the key to driving organisational performance.
Delegates will improve their understanding of:
- The link between organisation management and individual performance
- The benefits of clear, inclusive communication
- How system controls can adversely affect individual engagement
How individual beliefs can be influenced by, and can influence, organisational systems
